Altitude: 450 m above sea level;
Grape variety: 50% Primitivo – 50% Negroamaro
A soft maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks is followed by a long ageing in fine “Alain Fouquet” French oak barriques for 22/24 months. The proccess is complete with bootle ageing for 6 months.
Colour: Intense ruby red with violet hues.
Bouquet: Intense fruity with hints of cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant. It shows elegant sweet spices notes with pleasant vanilla and chocolate nuances.
Taste: Dry, full, harmonious with velvety tannins. Long lasting with smooth aftertaste.
To decant before serving. To be served at 18°- 20°C
Alcohol: 14.5 % Vol.
