THE VINEYARDS - The great Tenute Girolamo's vineyards.

With more than 50 hectares of land cultivated by means of meticulous selective techniques, the Tenute Girolamo estate represents a great example of entrepreneurial initiative and seriousness of methods. Thanks to the high –density cultivation (12,300 plants per hectare) and to the strict selection of grapes, our wine has reached the highest quality standards. We take care of each single vine until its perfect grapes maturation. In this way, from any bottle of wine we can exactly tell what grapes and from which plots have been used to make it. This commitment and passion originate from a land rich of enological traditions, a place where the Tenute Girolamo could accomplish  its life desire: to create a wine that would become a history.
